This privacy policy explains what information NSL collects through its website (the "Site") and its applications, including Coryvo Rhythm Trainer (the "App"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or the App, you agree to this privacy policy.
We here at NSL respect your privacy. The App does not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address or any other personal information in order to use it.
Information We Collect
Purchases
Purchases of Coryvo Premium are processed entirely by Apple Inc. through the App Store or by Google LLC through Google Play. When you make a purchase, you may be asked to provide personal information, such as your name, email address and payment details, to Apple or Google. NSL does not receive or store your payment details. We only receive confirmation from the store that a purchase was made, so that the App can unlock Premium features and let you restore your purchase on another device.
Usage and Diagnostic Data
We like to know how the App is working for you. For that reason, the App uses Google Firebase to collect usage and diagnostic information, such as which features and lessons are used, app crashes and errors, device model, operating system version, app version, and a random app-instance identifier. This information is not linked to your name or contact details, and we use it only to understand how the App is used and to fix problems and improve it. Google processes this information on our behalf in accordance with the Firebase privacy terms.
Information You Send Us
If you contact us, for example by email, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your message. We use this information only to respond to you.
How We Share Information
We will never sell your personal information to anyone. We will not send you promotional emails, contact you for market research, or provide your information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the App, namely Apple and Google as described above, and when the law requires us to.
Data Retention and Deletion
We keep usage and diagnostic data only for as long as it is useful to us for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or kept only in aggregated form. Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.
You can stop all data collection by the App at any time by uninstalling it. You can also ask us to access or delete any information we hold about you by emailing us at [email protected], and we will respond within 30 days. Your purchase history is held by Apple or Google and can be managed through your App Store or Google Play account.
Children's Privacy
The App is a general-audience music education app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
The Site and Cookies
The Site does not require an account and does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. The Site displays user reviews through a third-party service (Senja), which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type when the reviews load. You may set your web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent.
Security
While we take all necessary measures to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is fully secure, therefore we cannot guarantee complete security.
Links to other websites
The Site and the App may contain links to other websites, such as the App Store, Google Play and our social media pages. We do not have any control over those websites and are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide on them. You should look at the privacy statement applicable to each website you visit.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. You should check this privacy policy periodically.
